Electricity Market Tracker
The Electricity Market Tracker (EMT) is created by Professor Michael Davidson in the School of Global Policy and Strategy and the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department of the Jacobs School of Engineering at UC San Diego. The bilingual English-Chinese Tracker generates independent analytical capabilities to address the numerous debates over power market designs in China. Through market and grid data analysis, modeling simulation tools, and assessment of international experiences, the project aims to tackle policy-relevant research questions and disseminate results to a wide range of stakeholders.
